Group Sessions

A Private yoga class allow one to get a more personalized experienced and in a more private setting. Also suitable for those who has irregular schedule that is impossible to follow the scheduled set by the studio/gym.

As a certified Yoga Therapist, instructor will be able to target individual's condition and "prescribe" certain postures to improve, restore or at least maintain conditions 

  

Private class is the most effective way to achieve one's goal - be it physically  or mentally as the class is design according to one's need :  fitness level, stress level, with different medical issues.

Group classes could be a group of friends or for corporate companies

Time and date decide by the group and the instructor will go to the clients' place or the company 

Enjoy the fun of practicing with friends or co-worker, helps in ice breaking and promote teamworks.

Workshops for group or corporate available upon request.

Small Group Sessions @ Bangsar

Authentic Hatha yoga for beginners/intermediate. We focus on joints warm up, stretches on muscles and internal organs balances hormonal system, improves concentration, boosts immune system, blood circulation and lymphatic system - improves physical, mental and emotional health.The deep relaxation, breathing techniques and meditation will help one to relax, rejuvenate and energized. 

 

Day : Wednesday ( closed for now)

Time : 7:00pm - 8:00pm

For those who have been practicing yoga for awhile. Aim to prepare student to achieve more challenging postures in a safe way. After a energetic asana session, class ending with guided relaxation ( Yoga Nidra) to restore and let the healing takes place. A breathing practice (pranayama) will followed and last part of the class will be a short mindfulness ( meditation) to calms the mind and leading students to the path of finding inner peace

Yoga for Athletes @ PJ Palm Sport Center

Yoga for Athletes

Specially designed yoga classes for active athletes These classes will be focusing on strengthening and improve flexibility of specific muscle groups that required for your sport. Learn how to prevent injuries and  the various breathing techniques for your sport

Class include :

*joint warm up,

*cardio warm up,

*stretches of targeted muscle groups, *deep relaxation for recovery,

*proper breathing techniques for the specific sport *short meditation for acceptance, pain tolerance reduce anxiety and ultimately achieving the set goal

Online Breath and Mind Class 

This class is designed for overly stressed adults especially for corporate company by using the ancient yogic way like :

Pranayama (breathing exercise )
* Dhyana ( meditation/mindfulness practice)

Is been proven in many studies especially meditation/mindfulness practice helps in Anxiety, Depression, Hypertension etc. mind related issues.

A relax mind is open for new input, increase learning power, improve concentration and creativity, sharpen intuition for better decision making skill.

This class helps the company increase staff productivity, save on company tax and medical claims

After the class, one will feel calm, relax, rejuvenated yet energized

Not much movement will be involve, the participant need not change into a sport attire. All we required is a quite space that allow them to lie down and relax

YOGA +
This is a carefully designed class for senior citizens,  larger people and folks that never exercise with limited range of motion. It aims to improve mobility, improve blood circulation and fluid circulation that helps to ease on inflammation/pain by simple joint exercise.


Breathing techniques will be included in the class to calms the mind and train student how to breath properly when comes to different motion.
A mindfulness practice at the end of the class helps to reduce stress tremendously as stress is also part of the reason for weight gained. Plus it helps to reduce sugar level if your stress level is low.
Once you gain more mobility, being able to do most of the thing you never thought you could, a confidence level is boosted, it also helps in self-acceptance, self-love and self-esteem!     

Suitable for :  senior citizen / adults with limited mobility due to weight / people who have never exercise

Policies :

1. In the event of students being late for class, instructor will wait for 15 minutes. When the students arrive, we will finish the remaining 45 minutes of the class. 

 

2. In the event of students being late for class, instructor will wait for 15 minutes, and will depart thereafter. Student who arrived after 16minutes will not be entertained and a class is consider forfeited. 

3. Any cancellation should be made 24 hours before the scheduled class. Any Cancellation made within 24 hours before the scheduled class is to be considered as a class being forfeited.

4. All payments must be made before the class started. 

5. If a student would like to have a regular monthly spot in the class, class fee of the entire month should be paid. If a class is missed, a replacement / make up class can be arranged

6. No refund to monthly fee, 4 /  10 slots pass* fee. One must complete their slots within given validity, extension of validity will not be entertained.

7. Veasy Yoga teaches safe yoga. Painful postures are strictly not practiced. Be that as it may, students are advised to carefully follow the instructions of the yoga teacher. Veasy Yoga and it’s teachers will not be responsible for any injury of it’s students arising from non-observance of instructions.

 

8. Students are responsible to declare any medical conditions before taking the class. Veasy Yoga and it’s teachers will not be responsible for any injury of it’s students arising from non-declaration of medical conditions.
