We are a team of certified Yoga Therapists and Yoga Teachers specialized in different fields. We have been teaching :

 *Gentle Yoga ( Hahta ) for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners
*Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow - a challenging flow for those who has the foundation.
*Yoga for Triathletes - focus on improving performance, prevent injuries
* Yoga Nidra, Breathing & Meditation - a stress therapy for relaxation, calmer minds, sharper intuition, better decision making skill, better sleep etc

Our Corporate class is specially design for the stressed working adult with the goal of Increasing productivity of your employees by :

Why is Veasy Yoga ?

Actually it was suppose to be "Easy Yoga" so the everyone finds yoga approachable. However when we were trying to register the name at the Malaysia Business Registration Office, we were told "Easy Yoga" is a statement and we are not allowed to use it as a company name. We were waiting at the counter and there were tons of people waiting behind. To make it quick, "Very Easy Yoga" came up; but it is still a statement, so we just took the initial "V" and add on to "Easy". Bamn! Very Yoga is born!

Besides yoga classes for corporate, groups, individual, we organize detox workshop according to the ancient yogic method.

in 2017, Journey to Self Yoga Retreat is formed. Successfully hosted retreats inside and outside Malaysia. We are pleased to see the transformation of the participants, from uptight, stressed to relaxed, rejuvenated. Most importantly, they found the true self, who they are and who they really want in life.

Vanessa is a cheerful instructor who found her new path in life through yoga. She started her journey in 2010.  She took her first class and was impress by the teacher's Bakasana ( Crane Pose). Due to her martial art background and the love of body movement, she decided to attend her class more. After a few years of inconsistent practice, she decided to be more serious. That's where she found a studio and starting to dig deeper by taking up the "International Yoga Instructor Course", "Intensive Ashtanga Yoga Instructor Certificate" and graduated from MAYI Yoga Academy, where she still teaching  part time.  Due to a life event, she went into depression. After a few failed suicide attempts, she knows she had to do something, that's when she started to take up "Kundalini Kriya Yoga", obtained a "Pranayama (Breathing techniques) Instructor Certificate" and "Dhyana (Meditation) Instructor Certificate". Slowly she is able to get out of the depression and be more positive toward life. She realized yoga is therapeutic, hence she obtained another certificate as "Yoga Therapist" and "Ayurveda Therapist". She has been helping students with medical conditions, anxiety and depression ever since.  To deepen her knowledge of yoga,  she just completed another 200 hours of Ashtanga Yoga from Tattvaa Yogasahla the Yoga Alliance Registered School in Rishikesh India recently. She believes in constant learning in order to deliver the best 

 

She combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey in her teaching. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, this technique promotes consciousness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and well-being. She is now specialized in Stress Therapy using ancient yogic way like Yoga Nidra ( sleep yoga/guided relaxation ) Pranayama ( breathing exercise ) and Dhyana ( meditation/mindfulness practice) which is proven in so many studies stated that it helps Anxiety/Depression/PTSD etc. mind related conditions.

 

Vanessa uses her extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to customize her class according to individual's issues and capacity and at the same time cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process. She believes yoga can be carried out in any location and need not be restricted to a room. Practitioners reap more benefits practicing in nature due to the negative ions and natural healing power for the human body. Her goal is to bring yoga outside, anywhere, anytime. In fact, a few of her yoga retreats have been successfully held in Maldives and locally. She also conducts detox workshops for greater health.

A Private yoga class allows one to get a more personalized experienced and in a more private setting. Also suitable for those who has irregular schedule that is impossible to follow the scheduled set by the studio/gym.

  

Private class is the most effective way to achieve one's goal - be it physically  or mentally as the class is design according to one's need :  fitness level, stress level, with different medical issues.

The Team

Wendy is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor graduated from Mayi Yoga Academy

She started practice Hatha yoga since year 2008 while she was still working with corporate company.

 

Wendy decided to develop deeper knowledge of yoga by immersing herself into the study and practice of eight limbs of yoga. She found yoga is an amazing path towards the unity of body, breath and mind. She believes yoga is a form of therapy that works on the physical, mental, emotional and vitality of being. She has been teaching in 3 different centers/kindergartens

KN Yip, a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor graduated from MAYI Yoga Academy, he does suffer from lower back pain since preschool due to contact sports which has provided him precious chance to truly appreciate the value of health at a very young age.

 

He got to know about yoga in his teens while reading a local newspaper and came across to a yoga-related article that mentioned yoga practice could help to heal chronic back pain

 

Since year 2005, he started to practice yoga actively and consistently. He has attended multiple yoga classes and workshops to enrich his experience as a yoga practitioner and planning to focus more on alignment and therapeutic aspects of yoga.

 

Yoga practise has also exposed him to different religions, say for example, kabbalah, christianity, sufism, buddhism, jainism, hinduism etc. All these religious teaching although has different practical mode, but it never deviates from the value of love, kindness, compassionate and forgiving. 

 

He sees not the differences but only similarities, and he believes that yoga can help one to understand their respective religious teaching better without losing their own identity. Yoga or yog as its name suggests is to unite and, hence, humanity is all about unity at all levels regardless of our exising differences.

Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor

At age of 25, Hai Yen started her yoga journey, with a heart full of wonder & curiosity what is yoga about.  Stepping in with a lot of question in mind, like: what can it give me? Can it really relief my tension, neck & shoulder stiffness? Why so many student inside the yoga room enjoying 1hrs long? Will I be the only alien? But if they can, can I? Will I be too old or too late to join?

Till this moment, Hai Yen still in love with yoga because of the amazing result and the joy, peacefulness within herself, but in the same time hopes the time pass by fast while having the tingling sensation feeling during stretching.

Also because of this process and numerous questions in her mind, she decided to continue her quest on traditional Hatha Yoga & yoga therapy, to understand the concept, philosophy, science behind, and difference between modern yoga.

Now she’s a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor for basic, intermediate, advance level and a Yoga therapist that graduated from MAYI Yoga Academy. All her certificates are approved by Malaysia's Ministry of Education and endorsed by Malaysia Association of Yoga Instructors.

Therefore, let’s in love with yoga & yourself, let’s practice yoga together with “Yen” to quest your own “Zen” within you! Only you know what is best for you!
