Service Description
This is a carefully designed class for senior citizens, larger people and folks that never exercise with limited range of motion. It aims to improve mobility, improve blood circulation and fluid circulation that helps to ease on inflammation/pain by simple joint exercise. Breathing techniques will be included in the class to calms the mind and train student how to breath properly when comes to different motion. A mindfulness practice at the end of the class helps to reduce stress tremendously as stress is also part of the reason for weight gained. Plus it helps to reduce sugar level if your stress level is low. Once you gain more mobility, being able to do most of the thing you never thought you could, a confidence level is boosted, it also helps in self-acceptance, self-love and self-esteem!
